SOME EASY WAYS TO INSTALL BIRD SPIKES
1. Attach nails or screws to surfaces through holes in the bird-off spikes’ bases.
2. Wire or plastic ties are recommended for cabling, piping and thin railings.
3. Apply construction-grade outdoor weatherproof adhesive to the underside of the bird-away spikes’ bases, firmly press them onto surfaces and let dry.
Note: Bird prevention spike is only effective where it is applied - treat all laning and roasting surfaces in the problem areas.
Shipping
1. Worldwide Free Standard Shipping on All orders over US$40, if below US$40, the standard shipping fee is $5.99. If you choose the Express Delivery(DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc), the shipping fee is $30USD.
2.Processing Time: We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and shipped out the next day after the processing day. We don't ship on weekends.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
